Community Manager: Salary Position. This is a full time position


Description

Emery’s Community Manager is the primary point of contact for the community, reporting directly to the Community Director. This person must always provide Emery Members and their guests with the utmost hospitality and therefore must be outgoing and bubbly in nature.  


Responsibilities

Be the first and last point of contact in the space by:

  • Covering the front desk during business hours (answering phone calls, printing materials for Emery & Members, checking in members and guests etc.)

  • Sales calls for prospective members

  • Make sure members are aware and maintaining Code of Conduct and House Rules

  • Scheduling and providing Emery spaces tours and sending confirmation emails

  • tracking walk-ins

  • Answering "walk-up" questions from members and guests

  • Positive greetings to walk ins


 Qualifications

  • Customer service and/or sales experience

  • College graduate preferred

  • Great communication skills

  • Organized 

  • Passion for entrepreneurial communities

  • Enjoys continuous change and improvement

  • Flexible schedule, (may include evenings & occasional weekends)
