In this workshop we will explore ways of thinking that can help us get motivated. The most effective mindset depends on the type of goal you are pursuing. Sometimes it will serve you better to adopt a promotion focus (achieving and maximizing gains) or a prevention focus (being safe, minimizing losses). 

What to expect: 

  • Identify an objective for the next 4 weeks.

  • Reflect on promotion vs. prevention and identify which one is best for the goal at hand.

  • Identify and share concrete milestones.

  • Walk out with a clear goal and a weekly accountability process for the following 4 weeks.
