Tell us a little about your business …
I support result-oriented professionals to Be Successful in their Personal Lives Too. I help you feel better - have less stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and self-criticism so that you can have (or find) healthier more loving and connected relationships with your partner, kids, family and friends. Individual sessions are virtual via video conference or phone. My new book, "Extraordinary Mommy: A Loving Guide to Mastering Life's Most Important Job," is for any parent who wants to be the best version of themselves for their kids - to be more patient, loving, connected and fun!
What quote do you live by?
"“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” - Marianne Williamson
What are your hobbies, interests and passions?
Personal Development is my passion, connecting with loved ones is my life. I love making (and keeping!) new friends - especially those who are motivated to push the boundaries and live an extraordinary life on every level. My hubby and I have spent the last year going to business and personal development conferences, we love the learning and motivational getaways together. Tennis and Yoga are in there too :)
What does your typical day look like?
Early morning exercise and mediate before the kids are up, then mornings with the fam. I take kids to school and spend afternoons focused on work. When I pick them up, they have my attention for the rest of the day. Daddy joins us for a family dinner, and often a skinny dip in the pool and then bedtime for kids, and quality time with my hubby after that. We try for at least a date night and friend date each week, and I work till 11pm seeing clients once a week. BEST RECOMMENDATION is we have a babysitter come 7:30am-12:30pm Saturday and Sunday so we can sleep!!!!!!

Forever growing all areas of my life - Continuing to balance my commitment to being an extraordinary parent, wife and friend, while taking exceptional care of my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health, while expanding my financial abundance so that I continue to dedicate my career to contribution.
What do you want to achieve in the upcoming year personally & professionally ?
Sell 1 million books. Make $200,000 a month in passive income. Surround myself with people who inspire me. Laugh more, dance more, hug more, and love unapologetically.
How do you want to use you're strength to give back to the community?
Since I'm not such a fan of surface interactions that don't feel truly connected, inspired or fulfilling, I'd like to have more of the latter, by creating women's gatherings within the Emery. Let's connect to ourselves and each other on deeper more meaningful levels, so that we don't feel alone, and can gain from each others struggles and successes in all areas of life.
What is the biggest challenge you have in your business?
Getting over my negativity towards social media and judgement towards extreme financial abundance. I've realized that that both are games that I have to master in order to contribute to society in a way that is aligned with my soul's calling.
Why did you decide to join The Emery?
To connect with awesome and inspiring women like YOU
