Helen Vella Series II: Company Goals

Now it’s time to include your company.


You’ll understand and define the HOW in how you’re going to achieve your vision. You’ll also create your business mission statement if you don’t have one yet or you’ll edit, and enhance your current mission statement.

Once you’ve done this, the last part of this workshop will help you identify your promise to your clients, also known as your brand promise.
