Join us for part 4 of this 6 part series to learn the proven strategies it takes to not only create business goals but to successfully implement them into your business plan and achieve them. Click here to see series calendar overview.

In this workshop we will concretely define what outcomes we want to reach in the following 12 months. We will be applying learnings from the previous sessions (creating focus and 10X execution) to crystalize a longer term vision. At the end of the workshop you will have a clear definition of where you are going in 2020 and you will be jumping with ideas on how to get started.

What to expect:

  • Personal inventory of different areas of your life

  • Identify and share objectives you want to strive for in 2020.

  • Identify and share concrete milestones.

About Host Series:

Magdalena Pire is a recent transplant to Miami. Prior to moving to Miami, she spent 9+ years working at Google where she managed a legal operations team focused on content moderation. Magdalena has experience managing international teams, developing content policies and scaling them. At Google her day-to-day involved influencing lawyers and engineers to balance risk, scale and values. 

Today Magdalena explores how improving our goal-setting intelligence can bring execution to the next level. She works as a consultant for companies interested in rolling out “OKR” (Objectives and Key Results) and explores how this methodology can be beneficial at the individual level. 

Magdalena is also interested in how exponential technologies and organizations are disrupting all industries. Last but not least, Magdalena is a firm believer in equal economic opportunity. As a result, she spends provides strategic support to LEAP ( and contributes to the Emery community with workshops and trainings.
